Mark as Read/Unread
Sep 15, 2011
In a hurry to review your faxes, but want to come back to a fax later? Just like email messages, many people use the read/unread command as a virtual To-Do list. A bold or unread item is your visual indicator that an item needs attention.

By default, when you view a new incoming fax, the status changes to read (not bold). Now you can select the fax, and then click Mark Read / Unread to toggle between read (bold) and unread (not bold).
Unique Subject
Sep 12, 2011
MetroFax has added a new feature that enables you to optionally include each fax’s unique ID in the email subject line. If you use an email client, such as Microsoft Outlook or Google Gmail, that displays your message by conversation or threads, this helps to keep each fax that you receive as a top-level or unique item that isn’t combined with other similar subject faxes.

On the My Dashboard tab, click My Account to open your Account Profile.
