Receiving Faxes Online and in Your Email
With MetroFax, receiving inbound fax pages is convenient and easy. You'll receive each new fax page as an email, and you can view incoming faxes online. See how it works here.
With MetroFax, faxes are received in two ways.
The first is using your existing email account. When someone sends a fax your MetroFax number, you’ll receive an email notification in your inbox, with the fax attached. Open the attachment to view the fax.
Alternatively, you may view your incoming faxes in Message Center, which is accessible from My Account. Click View Faxes to access the Message Center inbox. Then click the fax you wish to view. From Message Center, you can also organize faxes using folders and tags.
